Sports App Issue. Keep getting error APPS-04233.
Hitting the C button go to the game I want, toggle to “Watch Now” or “Record” I get an APPS-04233 error. I have rebooted the modem and the X1 TV box. It’s NOT the remote. I can tune to the channel manually or use voice remote and programming works just fine. This never happened until I was “upgraded” to the X1 for 4K viewing. The old tv box never had freezing and C worked just fine. Tech support synced my tv box and still the same issue occurs.

Hello, @Cybercanvas thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forum and wanted to follow up to see if you're still receiving the App error message when trying to access the Sports App.
I found an older post where one of our great administrators provided some feedback, and mentioned trying to tune directly to the channel via guide if possible.
Clearing my set-top box local storage has also helped correct App errors when my equipment produces those. If this hasn't been attempted you can clear your cookies and local storage via the settings menu (Privacy > Clear Cookies and Local Storage Data).
