Spanish Lang on only a few channels

Toady turned on tv and a few channels are in Spanish. The commercials are in English but when commercials are over main tv programming reverts to spanish.

Tried unpluging as directed, English is set as Language...Still football program(Fox Netwk) is in Spanish and same channel commercials are in English.

If it is an X1 box, hit the down arrow while watching video to display the time bar. If you look to the left below the bar, there are symbols for various audio options. If you see a blue check on any of them, you can cursor over to them and hit OK to toggle it off.

No...All settings display English as default and are bulleted as such

You may have the SAP setting enabled if it is just the game and not the commercials that are in Spanish. Please try the following steps:

 

Press the Xfinity button on your remote and go to Settings (the gear icon) and press OK

 

You can get to Audio Language (SAP) Reset from Device Settings Audio, Language, or Accessibility Settings. Highlight one of them and press OK on your remote.

 

Go down to Audio Language (SAP) Reset.

 

Press OK on your remote to clear your last chosen audio language and go back to the default language setting.

 

The blue checkmark on the SAP button will disappear. The default language will stay until you choose a new audio language in the Audio Options panel.

Ok Tried but not getting the screen you suggest. I did however get the English to work by deleting English and using French then re-selecting English...

Works ok now.
