Sound issue

LG just uploaded new software to Web OS now my sound fluctuates up and down every few minutes, but only on comcast not on streaming or LG channels. The sound also crackels at times. Is anyone else having this issue? Have tried all sound settings to fix the problem, any suggestions?

We are here to work together and help if this issue is still ongoing. Do you have a cable box connected that you are using? If so have you attempted to manually reset it by disconnecting it from the power source?

I have done the following:

Did a hard reset on the TV, tried a different cable box, tried a different HDMI cable, switched inputs from HDMI 1 to 4. Problem is still there on comcast stations only, not on steaming or LG stations.

@user_cwfyf3 thank you taking time to follow, and appreciate the update of the troubleshooting steps you've already taken. I checked our engineer board and don't see anything be reported there, so would like to investigate further. I'll need to gather some information that we don't want in our public conversation.
