Sound cutting out

We have experienced the same issue as others mention. It seems to have started in December and continues today. I hate trying to call Xfinity because you just get stuck in an endless loop and chatting isn’t much better. I think something has changed in their system to cause this for so many.

I have been having a similar issue on multiple channels since December. I have had 6 Tech visits and now my issue is being researched by the headend. 

Could you explain what you are experiencing in more detail?

I am having the same issue for several weeks at least. For us the sound just drops to silent for a 1-3 seconds, I’d guess. Very annoying.

@sjdugan​ Still the same issue here. No solutions. I wonder if all this 5G Cell Phone stuff is not messing with cable signals.
