solutions to error code RDK 03030

"There is an issue connecting to the internet"  -- Error Code RDK 03030.  I get a Welcome and Conecting to the Internet message but nothing is connecting.  I checked troubleshooting and did both system refresh and single box restart.  Neither worked.  What else might I try?

It was the primary box.  In the end, it required a technician to come to my house to find and resolve the issue.

Can you please provide a little more information about your situation? What type of device are you getting this error message on?

If this is a secondary box, you may need to also try rebooting either your primary cable box as well or your gateway. Please give those steps a try and let us know if you see any improvement or if you could still use a hand. :)
