Roku lost connection and now will not connect tried everything even new modem everything else works

@Bobd78 Hello, here is a link that provides Roku eligibility detail and ow to activate a Roku device https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/activate-xfinity-tv-app-on-roku. Please let me know if you have issues activating the application using the steps listed in the link.

This link does not help as it relates to connecting the xfinity streaming app once roku is installed whereas my problem is that xfinity  does not recognize roku and thus I can not install it

Thanks for clearing that up. When you are trying to connect the Roku to the internet, does it show your WiFi network in the list? Also, are you getting any errors when trying to connect to the internet?
