Rewind & Pause Quit Working

When trying to pause or rewind from the remote control the TV reads:  Pause / Rewind isn't available - This set top box doesn't support it.  This has worked for years and now suddenly doesn't.

Hey there, znjk, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding the issue with your remote. Have you tried unpairing and repairing your remote to see if that works?
