Reward not in purchases

I selected Coming to America as my reward. It's under completed but its not showing in purchases

Giggles Ahead ( Coming to America) is marked under 2025 completed and

this isn't the 1st time this has happened and I honestly don't think I'll receive Interstellar after completing it

user_st8v9o Thank you for showing us the list. I'm sorry that the programs are not showing under the right folder. I would love to dig into this and help make sure that these rewards and future rewards are added to your account correctly. I know how awesome the Rewards program is for our members, I want to make sure you get to enjoy them as well! 

Please send us a direct message with your name and service address. From there I will check the account for the entitlements and work with the teams to have the programs added correctly. 

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
