replace XG2v2 cable box with XG1v4 4K box

Hello,

I had a XG1v4 box, and i wanted to swap it out at the store, so i went in to get it swapped out, but they gave me a XG2v2 box.   it works for basic cable, but the streaming channels are horribly slow.  Can i request another XG1v4 box sent to me.  I heard somewhere that they are not available in the store anywhere.  is that true?  Send me a DM and i will responde with my user info.  thanks.
