Remote not working

Remote not working 

Tried the A and D buttons but no response 

Tried new batteries , again no response 

Tried disconnect box for few minutes,  again no response

Greetings @user_st9zmd, and thanks for posting your issue to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear that your remote stopped working, I know how frustrating that can be, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. If you look at the back of the remote, there should be a number listed on the remote, like XR11 or XR15. Can you see what that number is?
