The quickest way to get a new remote is to head into one of our stores and just swap it out, at no extra cost, for a new one. You can use our Store Locator to find the closest store near you. We can also get a remote shipped out to you if you would prefer that. If we shipped a new remote out to you, it usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive and there may be shipping costs associated with the order.
