Reminders not listed under Scheduled

Reminders work just fine - they pop up and are very handy. HOWEVER, when I want to see a list of what programs I've reminders for, they don't show up under "Scheduled" or anywhere else. This used to work before we got our latest box and, yes, I've refreshed the system. Annoying!!

Hello and thank you for reaching out. I know how important it is to access your reminders. Is this affecting all boxes or just one? Can you check to see if they're still active?

  1. Press the xfinity button on your remote control and navigate to the Saved menu.
  2. In the Saved menu, use the right arrow button to navigate to the Scheduled section.
  3. Reminders will appear as a View Option on the left, in the second row.

Let's take a look into this together.

To send a direct message [private message]:

  •    Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •    Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://comca.st/3Nhy5sj
  •    Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •    The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •    - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •    - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •    Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •    Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.
