Recording issue
This has happened many times. You get to a point in the recording of a sports program and a message comes up that says” we are having a problem at this time.” no matter what you do. It always goes back to the beginning. You can never get past where the error occurred.
this is very annoying and I think there is a software glitch with the Xfinity equipment. It happens no matter how many times I reboot the equipment. If it’s not fixed, I’m going back to DIRECTV.

Hey there, @user_gpb2wr thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Forums regarding the issues with your recordings. We definitely do not want to lose you as a customer. Are you only having issues with recording sports programs or with other recordings as well? Are you having issues with specific channels?
