Recording issue

This has happened many times. You get to a point in the recording of a sports program and a message comes up that says” we are having a problem at this time.” no matter what you do. It always goes back to the beginning. You can never get past where the error occurred.

this is very annoying and I think there is a software glitch with the Xfinity equipment. It happens no matter how many times I reboot the equipment. If it’s not fixed, I’m going back to DIRECTV.

Are you only having issues with recording sports programs or with other recordings as well? Are you having issues with specific channels?
