Recorded shows

Why do all recorded shows cut off the last scene or the last minute or two from the movie.  This is really very upsetting.  Mostly I record Hallmark Movies.  Why can't Xfinity fix this???

@user_6y1fwy So sorry to hear about that. Have you tried to edit the recording's start and stop time? We have a link here on how to do that.

That’s. It an option it’s every show having a x1 box is becoming worthless

It is getting worse. It’s now up to 2 minutes. DVR is useless
