We definitely want to get this resolved for you so you can enjoy your recorded shows. Are you having this issue with a specific show? What device are you noticing the recordings are disappearing on your cable box or on a mobile device?
This is an ongoing issue that Xfinity is aware of as many customers experiencing lost recordings. I have lost 12 in the past 3 weeks and the "official employee" responses will do you no good. No amount of refresh or reboot will help so don't bother. They need to resolve this issue soon. The recordings are being deleted from the hard drive in your DVR.
