Rearrange X1 Apps
Is there a way to rearrange or mark apps as favourites on my X1 box so I don't have to scroll through them to find the app I want Everytime I go to the Apps menu?

Why would us essentially moving icons on a computer cause more service calls?

Because if it causes a problem or confuses some they would blame and call Comcast. If you want to change icons on your computer fine that is up to you. This thread is about the X1 box.

I was referring to the X1 box as essentially a computer. Sorry I didn't make that clear.

There should be a way to rearrange the icons. If not rearrange, at least mark favorites so we can group them together. Possibly just a top row of apps we subscribe to or access often. Just an idea.

Agree completely!!
We should be able to drag and drop apps into the order WE prefer. Not the order that just happened or is alphaetical or based on paid placement!
This is a core feature of the new "smart" TVs using android (eg Sony tvs).
Even if it sorts by recently used, that would help!!
