RE: Need a XG1v4 box

Please let know how you got this taken care of. In a similar situation but my box is older X1 box (from 2014-15) that's only 1080 not 4k but want to keep my physical DVR since even at gig speed internet still have issues when it storms out on my other boxes that don't have dvr only cloud recordings. I do like the cloud for backup storage since there times when having a storm out that cable may go out for few seconds but it takes box several minutes to boot up abd continue the recording, so I switch to cloud dvr device to watch part missed via stream app on my smart Samsung TV. [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] I wouldn't use a box at all if app didn't have issues, for example if there's any interruption or outage in cable internet and goes to cellular back up i can't watch all of my shows it thinks I'm out of my home also wish the TV remote really wish Samsung would release a "universal " remote that would have all the needed buttons on it to control streaming app on TV like Xfinty button needed to bring up recoding etc.
