RDK-03011-2 error on XiD-P box

My secondary XiD-P box is not booting properly and is not downloading its firmware update. It hasn't been booting properly for several days now. The error screen that eventually appears after every reboot attempt says the following:

Download status: Failed to download image

Image name:

IP Address: [redacted]

Version: 0.10   Backup DRI   RDK-03011-2

I have tried unplugging it for 30 seconds then plugging it back in, and have also tried contacting support, who supposedly forced signals to the box. These steps have not resolved the issue.

Same issue for me.
If after another hour it is not corrected, I have been instructed to visit a local Xfinity center and swap out the box (free of charge).

Hi there @user_3143b7! Thank you so much for visiting us via Forums. Just wanted to see if your issue was resolved on it's own or if you were able to get your box swapped out?

Hi @user_a6fdd9 and thanks for reaching out. I know how important it is to fix the issue you're having with the box. Have you also tried resetting the modem?

I have the same problem all too frequently.  There are way too many problems with these comcast boxes.

I have exchanged 2 boxes recently but still have the same problems and maybe a couple new ones.

If this were my product, I would be ashamed.
