Prime video won't start

​Prime Video will not start!  I did a system restart and then a system reset with no change.  I get the 3 dots on the bottom of the screen and they eventually go away, but the app doesn't start.  Is there an app issue?​

There is nothing wrong with wifi in my house.  The app on my phone starts and works fine.  I actually used bluetooth to see an episode on my TV, projected from the phone.  Seems to be isolated to the app on the DVR.

I’m having the same issue. X1 modem. Launch Prime Video from Apps menu bar. Get the three dots on the opening screen. They eventually go away. I had this issue before, some time ago. As I recall the fix was to delete and reinstall the Prime Video app, but I can’t remember how I did that.

Not been able to get into Amazon all day. Was working fine before

FIXED!  Comcast fixed the issue overnight.  Why are they silent when DVR apps have issues?
