Possible commscope issue
My modem is downstairs, my bedroom cable box has the commscope amp attached. I unplugged the commscope and box that it's attached to, and my whole system went down - no internet, no cable TV, no phone. I called the helpdesk and they said I was offline (yes, I am well aware of that). We've been rebooting the box, rebooting the modem, moving the coax cable, etc. and we can't get anywhere. They are sending a technician out tomorrow, but I WFH and need internet in the morning. I've turned my cell phone into a hot spot to try to troubleshoot, but there is no information at all about this. Can anyone possibly help? TIA.

What happened when you plugged it back in? Check that the amp is getting power?
