Pixilation Issues in NH

I continue to have pixilation issues on all of my TV's. I've done the whole list of home troubleshooting, I believe it's time for a tech visit to check the signal at the house, this issue is driving me crazy. What is the process to request a home tech visit? I'm lost in the sea of online chats, remote troubleshooting and forums. Please advise! Thank you
