Pixilated Channel
I live in a condominium with 19 units - [Edit: "Personal information"]. We have not been able to receive the CNN channel for several months. The reception is broken and pixelated. It seems to be the only channel with this problem and others in our condominium building have the same issue.

We would be more than happy to go through a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can assist with the Xfinity Video picture quality issues with the CNN channel. If only one channel is experiencing issues, we would want to check a few things in the home first.
Could you please check and ensure the coax cable is secured? Also verify that the coax cable is in good condition such as no hard bends, kinks, bite marks, or cuts that could interfere with the signal reaching the set-top box.
