Well so it's been happening for some time and for me mostly on live broadcasts. A tech came and installed new cables outside.  It still happens.  Xfinity recently sent out a message to everyone in this area and said they will be working on upgrading ...well they really didn't say what exactly but never fear, it will be good for all they say.  I'm seriously considering ending my use of their service.  They haven't demonstrated that they can resolve this issue and after their upgrading work ends I will reevaluate and make a decision.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
