Pixelation never stops

I have been dealing pixelation for on and off for years. I don't want to call tech support because they try to sell me cell phone service. It's so bad today, we can barely watch CBS Sunday morning. Pixelation is not happening on any other channel.

Funny thing, the commercials are not  pixelating!

I am so tired of this nonsense

@Since1988 Thanks for sharing your feedback and for reaching out to us. I know if I were in your shoes I would be frustrated too. Our team is happy to help you. From what you just described since it is only happening when CBS show is playing and not on commercials or any other channel that would lead us back to a network issue. We are the provider but if the network (CBS) is having a broadcasting issue there isn't much we can do about that. With that being said we are still happy to help troubleshoot with you. Please feel free to send us your full name and complete address in a direct message:

(Full credit to @BruceW for this excellent explanation!)

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
