Pixelation issues
For over a year I keep encountering pixelation issues. I’ve had a tech come out at least 4 times, with no resolution. I came to this forum hoping someone has a solution. After reviewing the comments, all hope is gone for a resolution. I’ve received the same responses from Xfinity support team. Clearly this issue can not be resolved. I’m canceling all services with Xfinity! Paying $248.00 a month for a service with this ongoing issue is not even logical at this point. Good luck to you all! As I am definitely looking into more reliable options.

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
