Pause, rewind & fast forward not working
I’ve always had the ability to pause, rewind & fast forward on my tv. Today, I’m unable to do any of these option. The following error message pops up: this set top box does not support it. I haven’t changed anything. Please help.

Hey there, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your Pause, Rewind, and Fast Forwarding options. We definitely want to make sure you have all the features you enjoy in your box. Have you tried doing a reboot on your cable box to see if that helps with the settings?
