Paramount +
So, I have a paramount+ account, watch on my Roku TV. I'd like to be able to watch on my main TV (non Roku) and use my X1 DVR and simple use voice commands as I do Netflix. However, I get this message that says my equipment needs upgraded, and they will send me at N/C. Does this mean I will get a new DVR or simply an add on box?

It seems that the current device that you have may be a bit dated to handle all streaming services. The X1 system recognizes that. When this message is received, this would an upgraded device to replace the current one. The new device would be shipped to you and you can even return the device to us by my or even in one of your local Xfinity Stores, UPS Stores or online at https://comca.st/3wUIfFD;
