Paramount+ is unwatchable; Netflix no volume
I recently started having issues with both Paramount+ and Netflix, both sporadic.
Paramount Plus freezes, then goes to black screen when watching program. -
Netflix has no volume on specific show - Peaky Blinders

The apps operate like they use dial up modems. they are so incredibly slow, many are unusable. paramount and Pluto are by far the worst. they are not usable atvall via xfinity.
given internet speeds in general are fine, I don't understand why the apps are so bad.
