Pandora

Was having trouble with Tubi with it popping an error so we deleted cached data and restarted the TV box and it worked again and while we were signing back into everything Pandora started to bug out flashing the login info and then disappearing. Theres no error popping up just bugging out. Everything else works and we've deleted the cached data again and restarted the Tv box and the gateway. So if i could get some help it would beach appreciated.

Hello user_336138, thank you for posting here with this concern. It sounds like your equipment may need a firmware update, to better assist you with this could you please send us a DM with your full name and street address? 

 

To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3kajO4e
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
•  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
•  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I had similar problems with pandora for a few days where it would quickly cycle through the splash and login pages and never show a code for connecting.   But it is OK today.

Comcast has no idea what they are doing. It is actually a bigger issue In their system with pandora. Mine is doing the same exact thing going on 1 week. My buddies is also doing it. I can’t even sign in. Good luck getting any support. They need to have their engineering team look at it. Rebooting and replacing your box won’t fix it. I went down that road.
