Hello @user_dc11b6! Thank you for posting to the Xfinity Community Forum to get help with your equipment issues. Looks like we'll need to complete some troubleshooting to get this resolved, or send  new box. Please send a direct message with your name and service address to "Xfinity Support" by clicking on the "Direct Messaging" chat icon in the top right corner of the page, then click on the pen and pad icon and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat.

@XfinityChe I'm way ahead of you, after spending hours trying to fix on my own. Lol! I eventually chatted with Xfinity Support and they had a technician come out the next day and replace the box. He said he could have fixed the box, but it was much easier to just replace it.

You are on it! That is great to hear that this has been fixed and you could schedule an appointment with our technicians to replace the box. This way they can look at the entire set up to be sure that everything is working optimally as well.

Thanks for returning to post the solution so others can benefit from your response. If you need anything in the future, please create a new post, and we will be glad to assist you. We also have Xfinity Experts and community members who are extremely helpful so you always have support. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day and enjoy your weekend 😊.

I no longer work for Comcast.
