Only one channel is freezing
I have an ongoing problem for several months where only one channel is freezing. Most of the time the audio stops and the picture freezes. It is usually just for a few seconds. It has always resolved itself within hours. When my TV is doing this, the Xfinity Stream channel is also doing it! Every time! It is frustrating to try to watch a program when it is doing it. Channel is Game Show Network and I am just south of Memphis TN. Any help would be appreciated!

Doing it again tonight. Every TV. Guess the Comcast wizards here don't have any answers. Guess it is time to contact Tom!

Hasn't done it today but the tech is coming out next week. Not sure the issue is on my end since it is doing on the Stream app on my iPhone on cellular too but hey, what ever blows up your skirt Comcast!

I am having the same problem with MeTV! It is constantly freezing sometimes for a few seconds and sometimes (like right now), it will stay that way for 5-10 minutes and then the screen will go blank. Xfinity is NOT cheap!! Why am I paying for a service and not getting 100% of what I am paying for?
