No sound

System was working fine until a few days ago.Now there's no sound when I turn on the TV at all through sound bar or tv speakers. I have to restart the cable box for sound to came back but I have to do this every time I turn off my tv. Also have a PS4 setup on HDMI 2 and tv sound and not PS4 sound comes though the speakers when I turn on the PS4. What's up with that?

Hello, @user_a68b61. Thanks for reaching out via our Community Forums for assistance. I'm sorry to hear you've had to restart your TV box multiple times to fix your audio concern. Definitely, not the experience we want for you. I would like to help turn this around. First, I would recommend checking the coaxial connection. To make sure it is tight on both ends. Next, I would suggest disconnecting and connecting the HDMI cable on both ends as well. If that does not work, please try using a different HDMI cable. We want to make sure the issue is not caused by a faulty wire. Let me know if any of those steps work.

Hi. None of these suggestions worked. I found out that I can go to the Audio settings and turn on the sound via Bluetooth if I go into the audio settings and turn on the speakers via Bluetooth.

I have the speakers connected to the TV via the ARC ports on the soundbar. Also, when I turn on the speakers via Bluetooth and I turn on my PS4, I can see the PS4 screen but hear the sounds from whichever channel the tv is on.

Let me know if you have any other suggestions.

Thank you.

Hey @user_a68b61! If you're still having sound issues I'd be happy to look into this for you. Have you tried different HDMI cords? It could be a bad HDMI cable.
