No signal

Have been trying for 7 hours to get my Xfinity cable working. Neither tv getting a signal. Have worked through the virtual assistance several times, no luck. Next technician appointment is 4 days from now. No TV for 4 days and the final four is going on right now. 
im sure I’ll get a 4 day refund. NOT!

One of the great features and benefits of our Xfinity Video service is the ability to stream live linear channels using the Xfinity Stream App. The Xfinity Stream App is available on a variety of devices such as mobile devices, tablets, online portal, Smart TVs, and more. 
 
With the set-top boxes not working correctly, are you having issues with other services such as the Xfinity Internet? If the Internet is working, that will help us pinpoint the issue to something within the home.
