No caller id on tv

I am supposed to have caller ID show up on my tv- it’s not on. I have tried with an Xfinity agent on the phone 3 times this week- still not showing up!!

I had the same problem about a month ago.  The person on the phone looked at my account and saw that caller ID was turned off for some unknown reason. Turned it back on and I have caller ID on my tv screen.

I can understand the frustration and I'd like to get a look at your account to see why you aren't having the caller ID show up on your TV. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started. 

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
