new X1 box stuck on boot and 1pse
Just got my new x1 box today and now its stuck on boot and then goes to (i think) 1pse. Won't do anything after that. How do I handle this? Should I return the box for another one?
Yes my coneection are good. Yes I rebooted the system multiple times. Yes I have the right connections.

That's a great question! If our tech deems the issue does in fact fall on our equipment, we will cover all charges for the visit! So in this case, there should not be any fees if we were to exchange out for any new equipment as well. Thanks for confirming this for us! What I would like to do from here is schedule a technician visit to troubleshoot onsite so we can get the newer equipment working. How does this sound?
