New X1 box and now have handshake issues
Had to replace our X1 box as it was constantly freezing and rebooting. New box is identical XG1v4 but now every time I power on the system I have a handshake issue. I have a Denon AVR 3400 and Samsung Frame TV with the connect box. I have to switch between AVR inputs to get the Cable picture to work vs the “No Signal” screen. I turned off HDMI- CEC and thought that fixed the issue, but turned the system back on a few hours later and had the handshake issue. Any thoughts?

Was this issue ever resolved? I have an OLED LG TV and a Marantz 5012 AVR and I keep experiencing the same No Signal problem. I’ve swapped out 3 boxes and no luck.

Was this issue ever resolved? I have a LG OLEF TV and Marantz 5012 AVR and experience the same No Signal problem. Video cuts in and out of black screen, then audio only, and then No Signal. Other times it’s No Signal when I turn on right out the gate. For years I never had this problem but over the past month it’s been horrendous.

Yes, I turned off CEC and now my X1 box basically stays on or in power save at all times. The issue for me was related to the timing difference between The X1 biz booting and being ready for the handshake vs the other equipment.
