New 2022 Hisense tv will not pair with XR15 remote

I have a new 70in Hisense tv, I am trying to get the XR15 to pair with it, I have tried all the codes listed and none of them work, please send any new codes for Hisense tv you may have, thanks!

That is exciting to hear, @user_afd735. I have wanted to upgrade to a newer model myself, have you checked to see if there is a pairing guide for that model on this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/remotes

Perfect, @user_afd735 My search indicates all the codes for Hisense are as follows - 

10748 11602 12183 12360 11756 10885 12434 10706 11660 10178 12049 12098 12296 11314 13382 13118

I no longer work for Comcast.

At this point it looks like we will want to swap out the remote for a replacement. If you would like, we can perform this swap at any Xfinity Store at anytime.
