Netflix doesn’t preview

I’ve seen other people say they’re Netflix doesn’t preview on their x1 box but it does in other rooms but there was no fix to it? How do you fix the problem

Can you please tell us more about what you mean by "preview", are you having issues being able to access the app on a specific box?
