Netflix doesn’t preview

I’ve seen other people say they’re Netflix doesn’t preview on their x1 box but it does in other rooms but there was no fix to it? How do you fix the problem

You came to the right place for help and I am happy to immeditalty start working with you to make sure you are able to use all the streaming service on your cable boxes. Can you please tell us more about what you mean by "preview", are you having issues being able to access the app on a specific box?
