need replacement xg1v4-a

Can I get a replacement XG1V4-A box? Mine stopped working. I contacted support and said that I needed an XG14-A. They said they would send out a technician to replace it. The technician arrived but didn't have that box with him. He said he'd put in a Xi-6 wireless box to get me through the weekend and would be back Monday with the right box. That was nearly 2 months ago. The Xi-6 box keeps crashing and doesn't have the longer pause buffer that the Xg1V4-A box has. Could someone help me get an XG1V4-A box back?  Thanks!
