My TV went off the other TVS are working fine there is no outage

My TV went off I unplugged it 2x the other TVS are fine there is no outage and my TV is not old help please

Hey there, @Sandrar1. The Xfinity app has a great troubleshooting process to cover a specific box not functioning properly or if there is an interruption in the area. What troubleshooting steps have you taken on your end other than unplugging the TV? Does the cable box show that it has power? What is the error code or message you're seeing on the screen?

when turning on the tv it says welcome and will not do anything.  the box says boot

Typically, when the set-top box is rebooting and gets stuck on the "Welcome Screen", that can indicate a possible issue with the cable signal communication with the set-top box. 

 

With the symptoms you're receiving with the Xfinity Video services, would you be able to check the following: 
 
 -> Check the coax cable going to the back of your set-top box to ensure there's a tight connection. Loose connections can cause signal loss or introduce noise into the line.
 
 -> Check the connections of the coax cable to any splitters within your home. Like at the back of your box, loose connections here can cause signal loss or introduce noise into the line.
 
 -> Check the coax cable to ensure it is in good quality such as no hard bends, kinks, bite marks, or cuts that could interfere with signal reaching the set-top box.
 
Please give these items a check and let us know if anything happened to be loose, not connected properly, or if you had to fix the cable line.
