My tv is freezing constantly

The TVs in my house are freezing and I will use the Xfinity app to troubleshoot and it will tell me there is a software setting error on my modem and will update the settings. It will take 30 + min to do what it's doing and the TVs will work fine but then they will start freezing again days later. I had the issue before and swapped all of the equipment in my house, but now it's happening again.
