Missing recordings on my DVR
I recorded Snowpiercer back in February of 2021, and have recently began watching the last few episodes of season one. I went to watch an episode today, and discovered that the remaining episodes of S1 and the first 4 episodes of S2 are gone. My DVR is only 52% full. I upgraded my service to GIG service, so all of the recordings are now cloud recordings. The last episodes of S1 are unavailable on demand as well as the first episodes of S2. Can anyone assist me?

Hello @DarinP1965, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us on the forums I hope you are doing well! I can understand how frustrating it would be to lose recordings you have yet to watch and not being able to view the missing content through On Demand. This is not the experience we want you to have as a valued member of the Xfinity family.
