Missing purchased movies

I have 88 movies that show up under 'purchases' on my X1 box. When I look at my account online, such as if I wanted to log on and watch a movie through my web browser (not through an app), there's only three movies that show up. When I look on Movies Anywhere, only one movie shows. Any suggestions as to how I can sync everything with my DVR box so all the purchases will show? I understand some movies won't show on Movies anywhere, but only 1 out of 88?

@xTheEdgex ,  Can you confirm your movies in the help section and that they are eligible to show? Give us examples of movies that should be showing, but are not.

What movies are eligible for Movies Anywhere?  Movies Anywhere supports content from Disney, Sony Pictures, Twentieth Century Fox, Universal, and Warner Bros. Movies from studios currently not participating will not flow into your Xfinity-linked Movies Anywhere account.

To check eligibility, visit the https://comca.st/3RLvtof to see a list of included movies and use the magnifying glass search feature to look for eligible titles. Please note that some movies extras purchased on your Xfinity account may not be eligible for Movies Anywhere.

Very true! Movies anywhere pulling from the cloud doesn't see anything and that is key. Let's work on why the cloud doesn't show them. Did you move at least once in the past years while having purchases? Can you give me one example of a purchase that does not show online in the stream portal? The system asks for troubleshooting purposes.

@XfinityEthan OK, we figured it out. My apologies. The movies showing up in the 'my purchases' list on the X1 box, were actually movies purchased through Movies Anywhere. It's my son's movie collection and I thought he bought them through Xfinity. I don't know how they were showing on my X1 box. We re-linked Xfinity to the Movies Anywhere account through my username and password, and all the movies disappeared from the 'my purchases' list. I should have left it alone. Now we can't watch them on the X1.
