Thanks for sharing what’s been going on. When the stream cuts out, have you noticed any error messages or codes on the screen? That can help narrow things down. In the meantime, let’s try a couple of quick checks:
Restart the TV Box to refresh the connection.
Make sure all the cables are finger-tight at both the wall plate and the back of the box.
If it still happens after that, let us know, and we’ll go from there.
