Lost Ability to Control X1 Boxes with Remote App and Caller ID No Longer Shows
My X1 boxes no longer show up in the Remote App. I have signed in and out of the app and also tried deleting and reinstalling. No luck. I also have done a system refresh. In what might be a related issue, Xfinity voice caller ID no longer shows on the TVs when calls come in. I have checked and reset the notification settings on the boxes with no luck. Any advice would be appreciated.
