Line through first red circle and series recording

Any advice? 
I am not out of space on my DVR. A show after the show I am trying to record is that to record with no issues. However one of the shows says recording conflict and there is a line through the first red circle.

Hello, @user_9dd20b, it sounds like you could be getting the message because of a scheduling conflict. More than 6 recordings may be scheduled at a time. This link can help us get more information and help prioritize recordings: (https://comca.st/3qjrNyR)

there are only two programs scheduled to play at the same time but we still get the conflict message

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
