LAST button no longer shows DVR shows
If I stop a DVR program while watching it, using the LAST button will show this DVR program along side the last watched channels. As of today, the Last button only shows channels, not a DVR program that I stopped mid watch. Anyone else seeing this? Is there now some setting on the X1 box for this behavior?
EDIT: The problem seems to have cleared up on it's own a day later for me.

May 19, 2026 the problem has returned. DVR recordings are not showing up when pushing the last watched button only channels last watched second time in a week this has happened. Three hours of my life talking to bots and chats. Certainly no one from Xfinity admitted there was a problem. I was also promised $10 off of my $322 a month bill, but that appears to be a lie also

I love the Mark a reply as the accepted answer. The only acceptable answer is to fix the problem. No one the Comcast seems to understand that.

Same thing with me, just noticed it at 11:00pm 5-19. Swear that is worked earlier today. Shows up in continue watching under saved so it's not a total disaster. Also movies saved in my list show up in last, just not recordings it seems. I know it was working earlier today but not now. Saw this thread earlier today when I was looking to see if there was any news on NFL network but at the time it didn't seem like a problem for me. Now it is
EDIT. Unplugged my boxes when I went out this morning. When I got home it is working again. Now get to work getting us NFL network and red zone back

Same issue here. Started yesterday. Tried restart, refresh, rebooted. So far nothing. System does seem to take a long time refreshing. Hoping this last time will be the charm. 🤞

Update on last refresh, reboot, restart &, Sync has resulted in no difference. No history in last watched and still not updating. Obviously Xfinity has a bug. Hopefully they are working on it. I also have a problem since last week of old shows showing up as new and recording. Anyway we are in Colorado so this must be a massive programming bug!

10:30am Wednesday: seems like it’s working again.
Next item I hate the most is the horrific playback of cloud recordings and the fact that football and basketball games and sometimes golf are recorded on the cloud and not the DVR. Fast-forward is Skip skip skip. Slow motion is a joke, all it does is freeze the frame and jitter. Other times it just cuts out or goes directly to the beginning and sometimes the end showing the score and the winner before I have even finished watching the entire game.
Well, at least I can go back-and-forth and watch a recording and live TV at the same time.
