Just bad

With all the technology we have now days Xfinity is like 20 years behind, the fact that Xfinity can’t make recording on DVR actually works is pathetic, how could they [Edited: "Language"] something up so bad. A 12 year old could do a better job and now with AI you thing it would be perfect, the bottom line is Xfinity doesn’t care if any of there systems work they just want money and more money
