Issues with MeTV freezing
I am having the same problem with MeTV! It is constantly freezing sometimes for a few seconds and sometimes (like right now), it will stay that way for 5-10 minutes and then the screen will go blank. Xfinity is NOT cheap!! Why am I paying for a service and not getting 100% of what I am paying for?

Thank you for reaching out to us @GargoMar! At the end of the day, I enjoy relaxing by catching up on shows or putting on a favorite channel. I know just how inconvenient this is. Are you seeing this issue on multiple boxes in the home? Do you have our Xfinity Stream app downloaded on a mobile device? If so, does the stream app also have the same issues on MeTV?
