Hello, and thank you for reaching out to us regarding our AX014ANM cable boxes. The sensor is located in the center of the box, above the small light bar.

Thanks i can not seem to find it. Can u be a little more specific ? What is the "light bar". My C4 remote in inoperable without funding the IR eye location.

The sensor is on the lower right. It's the little clear plastic in that thin line. I circled it on this picture.
